Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the items received are faulty or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 14 days.

In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect product:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving order via email to arrange for the best solution. If products are returned, it must be in original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled. Shipping fee for returned products will be fully covered.

Shipping

Re-Play - All Re-Play orders will be packed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Please contact us if your order is urgent.

Wooden toys and baby gift boxes will be shipped by our suppliers. Please let us know if you do not receive any shipping updates within 2-3 days of payment.

Sold Out Items

Please get in touch with any items listed as SOLD OUT as we recieve daily stock updates from our suppliers and might not have had the chance to update our website yet.
